Welcome to Honoring Your Depth. By using this website or enrolling in any program, session, or service, you agree to the terms below.
 

Who we are, and what this is

Honoring Your Depth provides neurodivergence-affirming life coaching, including group programs, 1:1 coaching, workshops, and self-guided materials (collectively, "Services").
 

Important

Our Services are coaching, not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical or mental health condition. Nothing in our programs, materials, or sessions should be understood as medical or psychological advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional, your doctor, or a crisis line in your area — coaching is not equipped to provide that support, and we will refer you elsewhere if this comes up. We strongly encourage clients to maintain any existing relationships with therapists, doctors, or other licensed providers, and to consult them regarding any medical or mental health decisions.
 

Eligibility

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older.
 

Payment and cancellation

• Pricing for each program or service is listed at the time of purchase.

• Digital products (the Journal, self-paced course content, worksheets, and other downloadable or immediately-accessible materials): All sales are final. Because these materials are delivered instantly and in full, no refunds are offered once purchased.

• The Flagship Cohort: You may request a full refund within 7 days of the cohort's start date. After that point, all sales are final and no refunds — partial or full — will be issued, regardless of attendance or continued participation. If you're on a payment plan, remaining installments are still due even if you stop attending after the refund window closes.

• 1:1 coaching sessions: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice — or missed entirely — are forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.
   

No guarantee of outcomes

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors specific to each individual, including effort, circumstances, and consistency. We do not guarantee specific results, and past client experiences are not a promise of your own outcome.
 

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching sessions is kept confidential, except where:

• You give us permission to share it (e.g., a testimonial, with your explicit consent)

• We're required to disclose it by law

• We believe there's a risk of serious harm to you or someone else
   

Intellectual property

All program materials, worksheets, the journal, session content, and other resources are owned by Honoring Your Depth and licensed to you for personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honoring Your Depth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. In no event will our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services exceed the total amount you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue Services to any client at our discretion, including in cases of abuse, non-payment, or misuse of materials.
 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
 

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
